Hi , The local speciality in Jordan is The Mansaf , which is a stew of meat cooked in a kind of (yogurt ) then all is decorated above a large plate of rice .. extremely delicious .. I know how to serve it but don't know how Jordanian people make it !
Its goes so far that at the end of the Ramadan I buy as much as I can, fill them and freeze it... Like to fill them with walnuts, raisins, shredded coconut and cinnamon or cheese with cinnamon

Mansaf is the best, It's alot of work as I heard, not many know how to make it, If you wish to try the real Mansaf for the first time, Please make sure you try it from a real Jordanian restaurant with Jordanian chef, Otherwise you may be disappointed if you have from different restaurant.
