Hello,

So i have paypal account with my bahrain mobile number connected on it.. i used to received messages from them until last month when im opening my account and they give me Code bcos of 2FA.

Now i cant received any sms. Im stuck cant open my account. I have money there this is makibg me depressed...

I tried using my husband number i created an account for him and guess what he received a message.. whats happening.. i called batelco already and they said my number is working fine.

Need help pls callee Paypal already but No answer (

First check if SMS forwarding is enabled in your Batelco account and also if there are any specific numbers on your block list in your phone.聽 Secondly, send email to pay pal support asking them for help to regain access to your account.

I called Batelco and they said everything waa okay on their side. I was thinking this thing happened when i switched to prepaid from postpaid same number. I even tried refilling with load this number bcos they said if i refill it i can received international texts but it didnt.

I tried registering with my number to a new account, its not sending sms. But when i tried making new account using other numbers, its working!!

Its hard to talk to paypal agents. Let alone send email.. its so sad. I just really need to take out my money from paypal. This is really depressing and it stress me out so bad.
