Good day!

Hope everyone is safe.

I just want to ask about the non-renewal of contract...

Can an employer inform an employee who went on annual leave in their own country about non-renewal of his contract? Basically, he is no longer on annual leave as he supposed to be back to work a month ago, however he couldn't come back due to travel ban of COVID-19.

If the contract is expiring, both the employer and employee can choose not to renew it.聽 That is fine as long as the proper notice period is followed and end of service payments are made.

Hi sir ,

I have questions for I am in Bahrain visit visa for two weeks purpose , I will be overstayed at 3 days
How much fine will be paid on airport .
Because my agent said until January no need to extended done . Will through extensive for government .

Don't understand what you are asking. Check with npra as without seeing the visa issuance date, entry date and comparing with extension announcement date, no one can say anything.
