Held visa process by MOL

Hello..m new to this forum..hope to get聽 a solution for my conern
My concern is regarding work permit visa..MOL has held聽 my visa process i.e. converting my visit evisa to work visa process held聽 for 14 days..
What does it mean and why so.. is there anything to worry about..??

They are trying to determine whether or not they can find local candidates for the position that you have applied for.聽 Some positions & sectors are being pushed for Bahrainisation improvement and yours seems to be one of them.

I don't know whether you should worry or not as I don't have enough details.聽 Speak to your employer.聽 If they find a local candidate, you won't get a visa.
