Another question. If employers cancel employees residents permit and the employee have European visa on his or her passport can the employee travel from Bahrain to the next destination or he /she needs to go back to home country before he / she travel to the europ country. Please urgent advice. Thanks

I think you are confusing different things.

Once your visa is cancelled, you have 30 days to leave the country or transfer to another employer.  If your employer has extended by 1 month and then cancels after a month, you then have 30 days to leave.

Bahrain only cares about you leaving within 30 days.  It doesn't matter to them where you go.

Actually I don't want to renew my resident permit because I have chance to relocate to another country which is Europe. But when I ask my employer to extend for me is like he wants to scare me by saying Bahrain will blacklist me and I said why. I stay in this country for good 5 years legally I didn't do anything illegal why. He said OK I can make one month for you. But my worry is that hope he will not make a case for me after first 1 month finished because am waiting for a document and the document will take maybe 1 or month only. So that is why I need advice before my employer give me problem. Thanks

If the employer cancel you, u can stay 1 month to look other job or to leave the country.
But if you did 1 month extension in that period u have to leave the country but if you want stay another 1 month  you have to do another extension.
