The weather is getting better and I am looking for a personal trainer to lose a few more pounds and to shape up. Any recommendations?

I've seen quite a few advertised in shops etc. You could give them a call. I haven't got one but maybe excercising with someone else will give you the motivation and be a lot cheaper?

Will send you shortly the details of a personal trainer; a friend of mine is working out with him and she is quite happy with the results so far.
