My boyfriend was taught by a Bahraini driving instructor and he finally got his driver's license a few years ago. Perhaps I can get a hold of him soon and ask him who his driving instructor was and if I find out I'll definitely let you know!

P.S. my boyfriend can only speak English so I am sure his instructor was able to fluently converse with him.

Almost everybody is speaking enligh in the School (Instructors)
& above written words are enough for teacher or student

I spoke to a friend of mine who passed her test in Bahrain with an instuctor who told her to "drive and learn" then sat back and text all his friends whilst she drove around Bahrain in terror.

This was the driving academy of Bahrain which therefore explains a hell of a lot about the rubbish driving over here.

if you find one, let me know. I can drive but have a few friends here who would like to learn because we live so far away!
