My company is hiring a new person in my place and he doesn't have the visa in the same company he is still under his previous company's visa or like on notice period what are the consequences if LMRA catch him聽 working on my seat. Also my employer fillied a wrong vat amount in the first quarter of 2025 (knowingly) and also paid some of his previous VATS through carding illegal activity.

You keep making multiple posts asking the same questions.

Consequences are fines and deportation.

And I don't get what your question is on VAT.聽聽So they did something wrong...........and you did something wrong by working with a sponsor who didn't give you a work visa.聽 Two wrongs don't make a right.聽 I would move away from all this silliness and be mature.聽聽Take this experience as a learning and follow the law next time.

How can I get Business Visa for Bahrain n what will be the expenses?

While on Visit Visa here in Bahrain, Can I do business promotional activities legally?

They use to pay there VAT using random people's credit cards as soon i got to know these things they ask me to quit my job as i got there data with me.
