Looking for advice/partnership in business

Hi,

Not really sure if it's okay to post this. But i just wanted to ask for some advices.

I am planning to retire but before that, i am also looking for a small business and once stable i could continue to retire from my job.

I'm into cooking and my brother is currently studying as a chef. But i really want to start my own business, one source of income is not enough i think you will agree with it. Thus, i want to pursue on my passion which is cooking.

I have business plan in mind but really need your advice as i dont get advices from a friend, most of the time i get negative comments so i tend to stop what i started to plan.

I need someone who can boost my confidence in doing what i want. Currently, i don't have one to ask for. So i'm relying on you guys.
