Hi everyone! Can I apply for a sambo residence permit while in Sweden? And has anyone ever been denied a residence permit without a right to appeal?

Hello welcome!, If you fulfill the requirements to apply then you may can apply. Almost every decision an authority take can be appealed but the appeal must be done within a certain time period. Swedish Migration agency usually send the information about how to appeal and how many weeks you have to do it together with the decision. Cheers!

I'm in the same situation. I'm in Sweden, been here for 3 years and would like to apply for sambo residence permit WHILE in Sweden. I don't want to leave during the process 馃槩
