some French people living in Belgrade participate in polyglot events. At the time I was in Belgrade, these were organised amongst french/serbian students in Centre culturel française (Zmaj Jovina Ulica pored Knez Mihajlove).
Feel free to visit the centre and ask questions. You may get good answers and start practicing your french in no time
