Buna, Salut guys, I鈥檓 from Non EU country working here in Romania, Bucharest, currently my new employer applied already my working permit and Resident permit,聽 and my old permis de Sedere has expired already which was belong to my old company, can I buy a car under my name? Or should I need to wait for my new ID ( permis de ) to come?聽聽Please help me.. thanks a lot 馃檹

If you're a member of EU, it's easier. Otherwise, I would not recommend you to stay illegally. Ask at least for an official extension with the Romanian authorities.
