Try one of these ways:

1. You can post an ad here:
/en/classifieds/europe/portugal/
Category = extra teaching

2. Or you can contact an international school in Lisbon/Cascais/Sintra, and look for a teacher there

3. Or you can contact a study centre "centro de estudos" in Cascais.

You can select one and look for the phone number and address. This may not be up to date. Use google to see more about each study centre.
