I will travel in June聽 to Lisbon after聽 I get my D7 visa.聽 Will have to stay at least 6 months.聽 Can any one advise聽 for a good Cell Phone Plan聽 with聽 say聽 25GB聽 per month and local calling.

I think so, but you have to ask the telco. These plans are always updating.

@aimof you'll have to stay more than 6 months if you want to have your 2nd permit renewed. The 6 months is the time you can be OUT of Portugal, not the other way around.
