Does anyone know what prison sentence in Portugal can be imposed on two consenting adults if they are charged with exhibitionism (indecent exposure in the US)? This is related to my criminal record in the US. I was convicted of the indecent exposure misdemeanor 11 years ago and not sure if I should even try for a visa

Hi @denverallover35,

I don't think that's a problem.聽 If the conviction was eg. more than 8 (?) years, sentence is already prescribed because it was more than 10 years ago;

@denverallover35 hey...did you ever apply?聽 did the indecent exposure appear in your FBI report at all?聽 I have a similar thing (an old college gf and I were caught in a car) almost 30 years ago now.聽 I haven't gotten my FBI report yet and I don't know if it will show there.聽 So wondering if you did get your report and what it looked like?聽 And if it did, did you apply for a Portugal visa ang got approved?聽 Thanks!
