I have always heard cars are more expensive in Montenegro than anywhere else in Europe, and many people in Montenegro buy cars in Germany or France in order to pay less... Plus, you cannot have a car registered in your name in Montenegro unless you have a residency card or a company, which makes it a bit complicated. Maybe someone else can recommend another country in Europe where it is easier to purchase a car.
