Hi, I'm looking at buying a property and would like any recommendations re. estate agents.聽 Also any comments on Hamrun and Cospicua?聽 I'm 50, active, single and am initially looking to buy to rent, with view to moving/retiring in several years.聽 I'm looking at townhouses but there aren't many, so any opinions and experiences are much appreciated.聽 Happy to discuss, if people have the time on Skype.聽 Thanks. You need to spend some time in Malta and Gozo before thinking about which area especially if you have not visited before.

I have a great property to sell in St. Julians Sliema area, 20 mins by bus from Valletta.聽聽Renovatd 2 bed, 2 bath 2 big balconies. Furnished for free if required.聽 available office space isn basement, mature garden.
