Your only hope is to find a job and ask your employer to apply. You cannot come to Malta unemployed if you are a no- EU citizen.

Yes, you can make appeal they have their office in Valletta.
Go there give them appeal, they will give you a paper which you can use for immigration or identity Malta to take the extension.

Still I鈥檓 india i applied through my company and last month when I make follow up they said it鈥檚 rejected ,is there any chance to re apply and how long it鈥檚 take to re apply
