Rough salary estimate for waiters/waitresses

Hello,
I am planning on moving to Malta next year, and I am currently looking into the cost of living.

I have worked in restaurants and bars for over 5 years, so I have good experience.

If anyone is a waiter or waitress, can you please give me a rough estimate as to how much you earn monthly?

Sorry if this seems a bit personal, but I have looked everywhere to try and get a rough estimate as to salary, but have had no luck.

I鈥檓 afraid wages are very low in Malta for hospitality / catering jobs. The minimum wage is around 4.50e an hour and many places pay just that. Malta can be an expensive place to live if you are on minimum wages as the cost of property rental has soared in recent years.
