I lost my receipt of permesso after appointment with聽 police station and i want want to travel back to my country after 20 days .Is there any way i can mail any authority to process my permesso quickly or any receipt they can provide me , so that i can travel back?

You need to go the Questura to report you lost your receipt. You cannot travel without the receipt.

You need to go the any police station to report the circumstances of lost (denuncia di smarrimento). They will give you back a copy to keep safely with you.
Ask the officer if you can travel abroad with that.
Hope you have a copy of the receipt you've lost so you can show that at the police station.
