Hello, I am waiting on my appointment to get my Permesso card. I did my Permesso application at the Questra in Napoli. Its been over 5 weeks and the system is nit ready and yes, I know that this is normal. My question is if I can and it would be worth it to try and do my residency app with the receipt. I have read mixed reviews where they say it depends. I am doing my residency in San Giorgio a Cremano. Thanks in advance.
