Permesso di Soggiorno Questura di Modena

Dear All,

I applied for my first premesso back in Oct 2023, and i was given appointment for biometrics in June 2024. Provided my biometrics and till now haven't heard any thing back from Questura di Modena.

Sent them Pecs, but no reply whatsoever.

Since june 2024 , I was able to track the application on questure.poliziadistato.it and also on immigration portal showing as in process / under investigation.聽

Now for last 2 weeks, questure.poliziadistato.it stopped showing any status at all, no in process or rejected status. simply nothing at all.

whereas immigration portal still showing as under investigation.

My question is, anybody went through similar situation and got their permesso? how they dealt with it?

what should i do to sort out this issue? I did go to questura few times and every time, i was told no documents needed.

a quick help will be much appreciated.
