You did not specify what kind of information you are looking for.
Maybe, as a start, you can read related topics on this forum, as this has been discussed before. You should also contact your local "Standesamt" (family registry) to ask about the procedure.
However, I can tell you that the buerocratic hurdles for marrying a foreigner in Germany is very complicated, time consuming and costly. If you can, better mary in her or your home country, or elsewhere where it is easier!

I have heard that the procedure to marry can be easier elsewhere as Beppi suggests but I think it depends on  one’s situation. If one is living abroad and intending to immigrate to Germany it is one situation. But if one is already residing in Germany, then is it worth the effort to go elsewhere to do it?  Even if it takes longer, so what? As long as one is not under some time limit. One needs to really weigh the options and find what fits to them.

But like Beppi wrote, the start is to go to the local Standesamt. Always best to get the correct and up to date information directly from the officials requiring it. Often, antidotal information here is interesting but it can be misleading when one assumes their situation is the same as someone else’s. Sometimes a single factor out of many might differ but mean relevant different requirements.

In addition, the seemingly verycomplex regulations around his are interpreted differently by different family registries (and sometimes even diferent officers within one). So getting information from elsewhere does not help - you need to contact your local office!
Warning: In my own experience, the family registries are among the most buerocratic, inflexible and block-headed offices in Germany. Expect frustration!

for you to marry in Germany, you must have the marriage visa followed by family reunification, it is a national visa. as indicated above, you should expect a lot of frustration because you will be suspected of being a bezness, getting married in the country yes, but the deadline for appointments for family reunification is 10 months minimum and before covid19 crisis, i'm on the germany forum in french
