Any information would be appreciated regarding the one years rental agreement required when applying for a pink slip visa.

Is there an official standard rental agreement in Cyprus. If so, do i assume that the rental would have to be through a rental company or could it be through a private landlord.

Are there any issues or requirements i need to look out for within the contract. To make sure it will be acceptable for the visa.

Prior to getting it stamped by the Muhtar & then the tax office.

Whats the usual up front payment in months & deposit.
