Company registration remotely

Walegold

Hi, I am currently in the UK with a Bulgarian Residency. I need someone that can help me register a company remotely since i can not come to Bulgaria because of the lockdown. I am also keen to buy an already registered company with VAT and transfer the ownership to me.

If you want to register your company you need to go to Company Registration Services, to provide a legal service by a legal adviser. Angel Trust Family provides the same services, in the UK and is a leading brand name in the UK. that helps to register your business without any risk.

HI! Please keep in mind, that you can register or buy company remotely, but you have to visit bank personally to comply with KYC procedures for  account opening (in case of newly registered company) or changing the manager of the account (in case you buy company).

In some cases some clients do not use a bank account. If you buy a shelf company then you can close the temporaly bank account and use some new fintech solution for your activity.

I have an excellent attorney in Plovdiv that I've used for multiple legal matters, and I've introduced him to a number of people. If you message me privately, I'll be happy to share his contact info and websites. He can do company registration (and various filings / accounting, etc.) for you.

Doing anything remotely will almost certainly involve giving someone a POA. I've given my attorney several, so I don't have any hesitation recommending him for this.

A POA can be sent to you by email, of course. And then you'll have to print, sign, and get it notarized.

You have two options for notarization:
(a) get an appointment at the Bulgarian Embassy in London, and get it notarized there. This can be used directly in BG. Just DHL it at one of the shipping offices near the Embassy.
(b) get your local UK notary to notarize the document. Then send the notarized document to one of the UK services who go get it certified/apostilled, and then they send it back to you, or directly to your contact in BG. If I recall correctly, the last time I did this, the UK notary had someone that they used for this, so I just paid one big bill to them (for UK notarization + courier to their service + service fee for the certifications + courier to Bulgaria).

If the Bulgarian Embassy is working, then I personally prefer to pop down to London for the day and get it done (and sent) same day. If you can't go to London, getting a local notary is easy. But the certification service is not cheap, and adds on a few days to the process. I've done both, so I know they both work.
