taking a car from Germany to Bulgaria

If I buy a car in Germany and drive it to Bulgaria how difficult is it to plate and register in Bulgaria?Also what about the tax do I pay it in Germany?

Not difficult at all. You just have to go to the Traffic Police administration, and reregister it there. You will need third party liability insurance and the car to pass a technical inspection. Also, when entering Bulgaria you will need a road vignette, and after the registration with Bulgarian numbering plates you will have to pay a municipal tax, based on where you live.
