I was looking so much for helping me in some of the information that I found this site that do not hide from you I have visited Bulgaria twice in 2015 and 2016 and as especially Varna and I am very impressed with and its people and I decided to work and live by
I am a Lebanese national resident in the Gulf and became close to retirement
I would like to create a company or institution in car buying, selling and renting trade
I want one to help me in this area by giving me advice Is this the kind of good work in Bulgaria ?
Can I make a private company in my name and whether I can that I do personally in the registry, or do I need help, such as an office or a lawyer ?
How much is the cost of the company's registration and expected duration ?
Do I get a residence permit when registering the company and how much time do we need to wait for a residence permit?
What kind of visa that I am asking for from the Bulgarian embassy in my country? Is it a tourist or business and how to obtain a visa for a long time

Did you start your business in Bulgaria. am from automobile sale field. am indian national and have worked in uae oman n Bahrain. want to shift to Bulgaria and looking for small business in auto spare. please let me know if your started and what is you advice.

It very much depends on what you mean by saying聽 "good work in Bulgaria". Basically the country is filled with thousands of used cars, selling used cars is a relatively good business, though very competitive niche. Renting cars might be a good business in Varna, but only for the tourist season. I do not know what is your ideq with the buying part.

Basically you can try do set up a company yourself. Actually, better hire a lawyer or an accountant if you don't speak the language, cos you will pay more for interpreter than for a lawyer.

How much is the cost of the company's registration and expected duration ?

Depends on the services included. But basically between 200 and 500 EUR.

Do I get a residence permit when registering the company and how much time do we need to wait for a residence permit?

Setting up a company in Bulgaria is not automatic ground for receiving residence permit. Waiting time is different and depends on several factors.

It depends on your goals. But if you're planning to do business here, better try to obtain a business visa.聽 EU Long permit visa is a bit difficult to obtain but worth the efforts.
