As part of the process of working out how we're going to relocate, I need to consider being able to continue working on line.

Outside of the major towns and cities, what's internet speed and reliability like ? I know it's a big question with many variables but a "feel" would help. We're not town people, so looking at houses in villages that satellite the larger towns, if that makes sense ??

Villages that satellite large towns should be good for Internet. I have been very impressed with the connections in villages. Shouldn't have any trouble, but good to double check of course before you buy anywhere.
