so the 2 factors you listed, barring a recession in the coming months, should actually be inflationary for the property prices? Who's doing all the buying if bulgarians don't make that much? are they mortgaging themselves to the hilt speculating on pr. going even higher? and what when everyone wants to leave that station all at the same time? I guess they don't think about it. I have been in the speculative mkt (RE included) for far too many yrs and have seen that show a few times in different asset classes, and saw how it ended, participated in some too. That doesn't mean that the current show can't continue for another 10yrs, which is why I fish for others' opinions, especially in the mkt like BG that I do not know at all. thank you for engaging in the conversation, @gwinj; and I invite others to it. I do not mean to be confrontational, am just looking for objective responses.
