Tax Reduction on Money Transfer for Family Support

Hi,

I came to know that I can Mentioned in my tax declaration that I transfer money to family member ( Father ,Mother ) for living support.

Any one know what is the upper limit for this , some people said it's 4K Euro  ?

Also what is the documents needed to prove this while declaring into tax form ?

Any one has the info/experience about this ?
