Family Reunion Interview

eugeneokwaro88

Halo guys. I am Eugene 33 years old from Angola.  My partner is Belgian 31 and we have an interview scheduled for Monday. I wanted to ask if this is something I should be nervous about and what type of questions they ask at the municipality in Gent. I am already in Belgium. I would also like to ask how long the interview takes.

Hello,

that question has been already answered a lot of time on this forum, please use the search function.

They're all stupid questions: family member name, best friends, sport, what you super like, what did you eat yesterday, who cooked, when did you meet, where, jobs, salary of each other, religions, ...
Super basic questions...

Example:

or google interview visa Belgium

Too late to help with the Topic starter since the interview passed already but the inspector have a generic list of questions
But try to relax and answer the questions like you're telling a story
Aslong it goes fluent and doesn't look like a parrot who memorize every details from a sheet, then most of time, it will be positive

My interview took a hour so does my fiancée at embassy
Make sure you read afterwards and make sure nothing is incorrect (spelling of the name or important dates)Â
