Dear sir,my wife is not working in belgium but I have common child in belgium.Please tell me how many chance to get F card after orange card if my common child is the citizen of belgium.I have visa 107days and stay 90days.

You can apply for your F card on the behalf of European child father with article 40ter.
You do not need any kind of pay slips only .
1鈥� international passport
2鈥� certificate of registration
3鈥揵irth certificate of child
4鈥� certificate of composition of the seen
5鈥� proof of payment administration contribution(209鈧�).
Provide All that document to commune and commune send all documents to IBZ after 6 months you you application will be granted to F card.
When you apply for this they will stump on your orange card for 6 months validity.

My baby and wife live in same house where my father in-law and mother in-law live.Now I am live聽 in the same house. Because I come in belgium on emergency visa(child base)Please tell me ,if police check this house .Please tell me it is possible to pass this house for my orange card.if not pass I tell I will take new house on rent in coming months.which is the best answer for me to pass my house.
