Last update we had here was of 17th Nov. Mine was applied on 19th Nov still no news. So i doubt that they reached Dec as of now,

Update: I have received my single permit

Brussels Capital Region
Application- 29th October
WP - 15th December
SP - 1st February


Maybe the brussels start the WP from January NOW.

I have seen some people here say they added files in the middle of the WP process, what exactly did they ask you guys to add?

Strangely someone posted in another thread that his WP approval was on 21st Jan and he got Annex 46 yesterday for Brussels. Don't know how the files are being processed...

Has anyone received their residence permit (annex 46) this week? I feel like it isn't being processed chronologically

no. they are saying that they dont tell the status directly. They have to check online counter to see the progress and they are waiting for that. So i am bit nervous as well. My joining is on 15th March. Hope i get positive response soon.

Just a curiosity, are you applying as a Highly Skilled employee? They seem to prioritize that category.

It depends on what type of work you were employed to do and how much money you are going to make. You can find all of them in this link:

I reached out to the Flanders office. They said they are issuing permits for applications on 16th Nov. Anyone received their permit who submitted in November ? Thanks and good luck

Applied (Social Security Email): 15th of december
WP: 14h of february
SP: Waiting (they said 5 weeks)
Region: Flanders (I believe so because I will work in Antwerp)

Before I start my notice period and etc in my current company. Does anyone know if there is a possibility of rejection for the Single Permit? Or is it basicly guaranteed approval if you get the WP?

99.9 % chances that you will get it. No once can write it on paper that you would get it.
Even in my case i waited for 2 months to give notice to my employer. now finally i have resigned still waiting for my permit. If paper work is ok no once will decline it. also mine was applied on 19th nov and did not receive yet. its dec for you i don't think you will get it next week,

my employer called them today and acc to them they are processing files from 18th Nov today for work permit approval.

The WP Approval Email gets sent only to your employer. They will probably tell you when they receive it. Sadly, there is no way to track it, we only know the approximate date which they are processing via posts in this forum.
Since you applied in Brussels, it should be arriving soon, because it looks like to be the faster region.
