46-50 k gross annual salary is OK to live in Vienna?

Hello All,

I am seriously planning to move to Vienna, but have doubts about the cost of living and the salaries there, as I have already read so many different opinions about these.
Is there anyone who could help?
The story and the offer: multinational company, a demand planner position. Salary starts at 46.000 gross annually, and it depends on the experience. (I have about 6-8 years experience, but not exactly in the same field).
Question one: Is it a good salary for a position like this in Vienna?
Question two: can someone live a decent life from this salarY? Decent means for me a nice one bedroom, furnished apartment in or close to the centre, I usually cook, but a few meals out a month, and 2 holidays a year, within europe. No car, nothing extraordinary, just an average guy.
