I have a number of questions which can help me understand the Rental Market in Austria.聽聽Some questions are simple, some more complex.聽 Will you please provide a recommendation (gratis/paid) where I can understand the game... much less the shape of the ball and playing field?
I'm willing to share all Q&A thereafter.

I own a property in Austria, an apartment in a a ski resort.聽 We鈥檝e owned it from new for 13 years and we bought it as a 2nd home.聽 Some owners chose to rent out some did not, we were led to believe we had a choice.聽 However we are all now in a legal nightmare not able to rent out at all or use our apartments ourselves, nothing to do with covid.聽 Long story but anyone now buying property in Austria has to rent out their property.聽 Obviously that does not include Austrians.聽 If you have any other questions I鈥檒l try to help.聽馃槉
