Hi,

Is it popular to share a flat or a house in the Turks and Caicos Islands?

What advice would you give to those looking for shared accommodation in the Turks and Caicos Islands?

Can you recommend specialized local websites or newspapers?

By the way, keep in mind there is a flat share/house share section in the classifieds

I don't think is that popular. The average cheapest rent there for a 1bd. is $700or so. That is in a good neighborhood. $500 more less, or even less in a bad one. Note that these islands are almost crime free. I've been living there for most than 10 years now.
