I'm in the process of building in Aguadilla. Little that we knew, the builder told us that we are responsible for the preparation of the land which includes the cleanup and leveling of ground before we can begin construction.
Does anybody know of any contractors that cleanup and level the ground to get land ready for construction?

The reality is you are Donald Trump in everyone鈥檚 eyes here. You were born wealthy and entitled ok? Once you accept that is the consensual view of you from the local鈥檚 perspective then you might just might survive here without going bankrupt. After covid there was a huge influx of expats flooding the island buying vacant properties that local could have bought all along if they weren鈥檛 investing in crevasse and聽 stereo speakers. But since you came along and made a 鈥淎irbnb鈥� you are considered a tax evader or colonizer. Once you accept you are looked at as though there is a $ symbol on your forehead you will always be extorted. Trust NO one and I mean NO one the 鈥淕etn over鈥� is genetic your not changing that unless your giving your money to someone then of course you have a bond until they鈥檝e drained you. If your gonna make it PR you better have a PHD in street smart or this life isn鈥檛 going to work out.
