Spanish Language Schools/Homestays

Do people have any recommendations for Spanish language schools with homestays in Granada and San Juan Del Sur?聽 If so, does anyone know if the homestay families can accommodate dietary peculiarities, such as shellfish allergy, no dairy/pork/beef?

I'm planning to be there August 2013 and plan on approx. 2 weeks in Granada and 7-10 days in San Juan Del Sur, hopefully studying Spanish and looking at housing possibilities in both locations, as part of planning for moving there in 2014.

Thanks for any suggestions!
