Hi Thanks I intend to buy in a rural area ,but close enough for schools and shops ,any suggestions , what about the cartels is it at all dangerous ?? And language is probably an obstacle for me and kids right ? Thanks for your advise .. Living in south africa has many poor services for building so I am used to that .. Is Panama a better option ????? Helen
