Thank you, Ramon. The truth is, real estate fraud has surged in the Dominican Republic, and both foreigners and locals have lost significant amounts of money. As a result, developers are under growing scrutiny.

My question is simple: wouldn鈥檛 it be more straightforward if NOVAL publicly disclosed all the Silver Beach construction permits? Given the concerns being raised, this seems like the clearest and most effective way to build trust.

Also, seeking legal advice, especially for something as important as an international real estate investment, is not just reasonable, it鈥檚 smart.

I completely agree with your perspective. Each time we raise a valid point or express a concern based on sound reasoning, we are met with responses that portray us as being against the company. As investors, we are fully entitled to request clarity regarding the status of the project and the security of our investment.

Such reactions suggest that certain individuals may be more concerned about the potential impact on their parallel interests with the construction company鈥攑erhaps due to their involvement as intermediaries. If the necessary permits are not in place or approved, this could indeed place them in a difficult position.

Thankfully I had already exited the Reef Project last summer 2024. I agree with everything you have said. And I just happened to read about The Reef in El Diario which confirms a very big investigation
