The title of your thread and your question do not match.
If you are looking for a teaching job, google search schools and send your spontaneous candidacy. You may also create your CV in the Jobs in Dominica section for better exposure.
That said I would think that locals can easily fill in any open positions in regards to teaching and foreign labour might not be needed in this field except if you are a proficient professor teaching at University level.
