How much you want to pay?

Well I鈥檓 not into triathlons or anything like that. Just want a bicycle to get around on . As long as the price is reasonable that鈥檚 ok

Ok. You didnt say mountain bike. I have one which is 8 million, large size. My friend paid 17 million for it, at 8 million its still good value. Its a Jett Rampage same as this but with extras.

that bike looks like a ladies. But I reckon no one (in vietnam) will bat an eyelid if you rode it (I'm guessing you are male).

Only snag is it's for sale in Saigon. So you'll just have to cycle about 100km to back to Vung Tau or maybe find some other way to transport it.
