Seeking Pencil Sketch Artist

I would like to find an Expat or Vietnamese (student or mature) artist with an ability to sketch animal subjects for part time, hourly paid, regular assignments. Rough pencil outline or concept sketches needed do not require detail. Only proper life like animal shape and form is required. English language ability is not required. If you can suggest someone or some organization that might help me locate such an artist, please reply.

I saw some people in Dam Sen park, Q.11. I think they doing this job very long time there. Not sure they need more engagement.
It's Tet festival, so you can find some pros and fine arts students in 23/9 park and Thao Dan park in Q.1, HCMC
