Looking for Non-Teaching Employment

Kenny Gerchow

Hi everyone. I am here for a few more months and would like to work in the hospitality sector (have hotel experience) or any customer service related work. Have many years experience as a Project Manager at a major utility company and an Operations Manager Assistant in the United States. Would also entertain an administrative position in the educational sector here.

Please contact me if you have a lead or any suggestions. I respect all the hard working teachers on here.

Cheers.

And yet you think you should be able to step over them and move directly to an administrative position with absolutely no educational experience.

You're welcome :D

I have educational experience on an administrative level and am a certified teacher. Positive responses only.

It's a public forum Kenny you have to take the good with the bad.

Yes you are right.

Try posting an advert on a site like ESL Vietnam on Facebook. Someone may be looking for admin on there or try Vietnamworks job site.

Uber in car or motorbike. Will put your customer service skills to use.

Uber is currently preparing to roll out UberEats and are hiring for their management and office team. Maybe try applying there.

Go back and look at the first post.  He details experience in other fields and throws in the educational field as if an afterthought.  Even with his past US teaching and even admin experience, is he really more qualified than those who have been working in the unique educational environment of Vietnam?
