My stupid bank (Wells Fargo) charges like $5 intl ATM fee I think (at least they did in Mexico, I used the ATM here one time and don't see the charge yet). I used an ATM for the first time the other day and all it would let me draw was 2 million VND. :( Are there any that will let you take more? And is there a Wells Fargo affiliated banks here (highly doubtful I know but I figured I'd ask just in case...)?

2mil is the limit to withdraw money of international bank at ATM in Vietnam. above the limit, you have to go to the bank. My sister once withdraw 6mil at Vietcombank (VCB) (her bank account is Deutsch Bank), and the limit to withdraw from the bank is 1000 euros.

Agribank is still limiting 3mil a pop, but I'm not sure how many times you can pop it in one day. VCB is 2mil a pop. ANZ gives more as other poster have said but the don't mention if they have cards issued by ANZ, which makes a big difference on the withdrawal limit. Here's a old thread on the subject:

HD bank allows 10 million, but I have only used there own ATM's never tried it at another banks ATM.

Circle K on Bui Vien allows either 6 million or 8 million .. don't remember which. .... oh, and also the ATM on the north side of De Tham, mid way between Bui Vien and PNL allow 8 million I believe.

I just withdrew 3 million from Citibank branch on Nguyen Hue street this morning. There are other option amounts showing, 6 mil, 8 mil. I think you can withdraw to all those amounts. I didn't need that high amount so I did not tried it.
