Many public gyms have swimming pool next to it, like the one at Rach Mieu.

If you want a sauna, you have to pay since only gyms at hotels or high end gyms have it.

That guy from BMT posted a really good list with information about pools in Saigon a few day ago. Can't remember what subject it was under. It surely would be worth your time to look for it though.

have one private gym in district 7, very near by Phu My Hung have what you needs.

You may have to consider joining a hotel gym ,I do know the Intercontinental Asian offers non resident guest at a price.Great Gym .Also The Manor Apartment has a fabulous state of the art gym and classes to suit ever need and they offer non residents memberships.I am a member there .
