Hello all,

I'm a 23 year old Irish male just recently arrived in Ho Chi Minh City. Landed myself some part-time English teaching work and I'm looking to move out of my hotel and into some proper accomodation! I'm very friendly and sociable (bit of a biased view I guess!), enjoy meeting new people, having good light-hearted conversation and joking, and most definitely having a couple drinks (or more) every now and then. If you're in a similar boat and would like to join me in house-hunting for a shared house/apartment (preferably in Districts 1,3,4 or Binh Thanh District) my budget is 200-300 USD per month. You may have a look at the Ho Chi Minh City classifieds > flat share, house share section and post an advert there as well.

I`m local people...currently, I`m living with parent in a comfortable house but unfortunely, I`m not happy with my parent`s decision... so to against them, I `m planning for moving out of this house...is there any room for rent within dist 3,1,Phu Nhuan...? I`m male, work as an IT Engineer...it`s quite interesting to share happiness with you guy, I`m local Vietnamese so I know many things to help you approach things here.
