There is a Kyokushin class at the Manor (Star Fitness), i just found out myself too! Sensei is from Japan - go check it out. They have classes every Tuesday and Thursday. Osu!

I am not sure whether it's Shin Kyokushin or Kyokushin Kai Kan....either way i think the differences are minor.

they have a place called the Manor in Hanoi? I know the vietnamese names travel as do some of the retail outlets, but buildings too?
