hi there just after information on internet and mobile phones, i will be travelling next year about june-july for 3 months and will have lap/top and phone both 'apple'..what are the best providers for both,and costs.

For internet... you can use free wifi in most of cafe in Hanoi. Just go there, call a drink and you can sit for hours and using internet free of charge.......
If you wanna use it at home, well...depends on your landlord or your hotel, but I believe it will not be more than $10/month

Phone: make sure a simcard can work on your phone. it cost $2-$5 for a simcard bought in the airport. It costs $0.2 for one minute with an international call (cheaper for sure if you make a domestic call). I recommend Viettel since it has strong and stable signal, cheap fee and wide coverage.
