I'm considering doing a credit card cash advance here in DaNang.

Has anyone here on the Vietnam forum done a cash advance in the recent years?

If so, which bank did you use and were there any bank fees?

Banks have聽 been closed for T岷縯 but should be open today (the same day immigration is reopening after the long government holiday period).

I've never done a credit card advance, but I seem to recall previous discussions in the Vietnam forum of various charges between 1.5% and 3%.

Unfortunately the Vietnam search function appears to do worldwide searches now (because we must have needed that change) so I can't find the previous posts for you.

My best guess is to try Vietcombank & Agribank.

I just finished a cash advance with Vietcombank and they charged me a fee of 0.037775 (3.7775%).
